Josh was a pleasure man to work with. He was almost available even on his weekends he would answer questions and calls! Although our process did take quite a long time due to the market today, Josh managed to work a little magic for us and get a 45 day loan closed early with only a few minor setbacks. Overall he was fantastic to work with him and I will be sending any family or friends home hunting to him. Thank you Josh!!!
