About Joshua Anderson

There are not a lot of people who can say they literally “ran away and joined the circus”, but Josh Anderson can actually claim this distinction!

After graduating from Westminster College in New Wilmington PA, Josh joined Ringling Bros. & Barnum and Bailey Circus, where he criss-crossed the country as the head of pyrotechnics.  His journeys continued to take him around the world as he went on to design and build some of the world’s renowned theme park attractions, earning patents for several special effects systems along the way.

After many adventures (and great stories), Josh transitioned professionally into the world of finance. Now, as a Mortgage Loan Originator, Josh helps people tell their story by assisting them in buying their family home. By doing so, he helps them achieve their dream of home ownership and continues to make magic happen for families all over Florida.

No story is quite the same, and by working with many clients from all walks of life, Josh has gained expertise with first time buyers, those with credit challenges, as well as clients ready for refinancing. Because of his affinity for challenges, he has come to specialize in renovation loans, construction to perm, as well as non-QM. Josh’s “out of the box” experience has crafted a successful experience for many Floridians, and he is eager to help your family as well.  He looks forward to speaking with you to develop a plan of how to make your dreams come reality and help to author a happy ending to your story.

  • Conventional Loan:

A conventional home loan is a mortgage that is not insured by the federal government, so their terms are more flexible than USDA, FHA or VA loans. Offering low interest rates, they’re a great fit for customers with good credit and financial stability who can afford a down payment.

  • VA Loan:

Insured through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, VA loans do not require the borrower to make any down payment or to get private mortgage insurance, amounting to substantial savings. With lower rates and the far more lenient underwriting standards, if your borrower is a current or former member of the U.S. armed forces, they are unlikely to get a better deal with any other kind of loan.

  • USDA Loan:

The United States Department of Agriculture developed this mortgage option to improve the economy and quality of life in rural America by encouraging the purchasing of rural land. USDA loans are issued through the USDA Rural Development Guaranteed Housing Loan Program, and you might be surprised how feasible it is to qualify for one beyond what most would consider “farmland”.

  • FHA Loan:

An FHA loan is a mortgage designed for low-to-moderate-income borrowers. Insured by the Federal Housing Administration, FHA loans require a lower minimum down payment and credit scores than many conventional loans.
